The City of St. John’s wishes to advise residents and travelers to expect traffic delays and detours from September 20 to November 30 along Main Road in Goulds, and Bay Bulls Road in Kilbride.

To accommodate the significant amount of tree debris, on Monday, Sept. 13 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. residents may also bring tree debris only to the Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility.
