Application
A virtual Public Hearing will take place regarding an application to rezone 42-52 Diamond Marsh Drive for six Single-detached Dwellings.
 
Description
The St. John's Municipal Council adopted St. John’s Municipal Plan Amendment Number 155, 2021, and St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 711, 2021, on January 11, 2021, and hereby gives notice of its intent to seek registration of the amendments from the Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities, in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Act.
 
The effect of the Municipal Plan amendment would be to re-designate 42-52 Diamond Marsh Drive from the Open Space (O) Land Use District to the Residential Low Density (RLD) Land Use District. 
 
The effect of the Development Regulations amendment would be to rezone 42-52 Diamond Marsh Drive from the Open Space (O) Zone to the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone.

If no written objections are received, the Public Hearing may be cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Urban and Rural Planning Act.
