Forest Bathing is a great way to decrease stress & anxiety, boost your immune system, reduce blood pressure & stress, increase creativity & focus, reconnect with nature, and so much more!

Come and see what medicine the forest holds for you.

We will slow down, awaken our senses, and help restore our relationship to both our self and nature. Our walk will end with a tea ceremony featuring tea from locally foraged plants. When we depart, we'll have a new appreciation for our Boreal woodlands, and a practice we can readily apply in our daily lives.
