The City of St. John's has received an application from Lat49 Architecture Inc., on behalf of the Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters, to rezone 18 Springdale Street to the new Institutional - Downtown (INST-DT) Zone. The purpose of rezoning is to develop a 5 storey building to accommodate the Salvation Army’s expanding program and services.

The Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at 7 p.m., Foran/Greene Room, fourth floor, City Hall. Any person wishing to make a submission prior to the public meeting must provide a signed written statement, including your name and street address, to the Office of the City Clerk either by mail: P.O. Written submissions received will become a matter of public record. The public meetings will be chaired by a member of Council.
