Find your place, slow your thoughts, and connect with the present moment as you surround yourself with art and culture.Relax your body and mind during our Relaxation Yoga Self Care program with Instructor, Rita Lester. Relaxation yoga is the practice of “feeling good” and what we practice, we strengthen. Classes incorporate mindfulness, slow hatha yoga, yin yoga, pilates and somatics, and is suitable for beginners and anyone with prior yoga experience.

Safety is paramount and participants are guided to only what is right for them.This program takes place every Wednesday in October from 9:00 am - 10:00 am. The cost includes four classes and pre-registration is required. Cost is $92 (includes four classes). There is a 10 % discount for Rooms Members.Restrictions due to COVID 19 will be in place for everyone’s safety. Masks Required.. Please bring your own mat.
