After School Programs

The After School Program offers children a fun and safe place to be active. Our programs, based on the High Five philosophy and healthy child development, is fostered through principles: Participation, Play, Mastery, Friends, A Caring Adult and FUNamental Movements. Children experience a wide range of opportunities through community involvement, cooperative and sport-based games, creative learning activities and building and exploration.
 

After School Programs

The City of St. John's After School Programs run from September to June for Kindergarten to Grade 6 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. For details review the ASP Information Package registration is available on RECconnect.

After School Programs are offered at Community Centres:

  • Paul Reynolds Community Centre (servicing Mary Queen of Peace, Roncalli and Macdonald Drive Elementary Schools)
  • Kilbride Lions Community Centre 
  • Shea Heights Community Centre
