 A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to occupy a portion of the Accessory Building at 558 Thorburn Road as an Online Retail Car Sales business.
 
The business will occupy a floor area of 63 m2 with two vehicles stored inside the Accessory Building. The business will operate Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. with vehicle pick-up by appointment only with a maximum of 4 appointments per day. The business will employ two employees. Customer parking is provided.
