Text Amendment - 276 Pennywell Road

The City of St. John's has received an application from Walsh & Peters Architects Inc. on behalf of the Vera Perlin Charitable Foundation to rezone 276 Pennywell Road from the Residential Medium Density (R2) Zone to the Residential Mixed (RM) Zone.
The purpose of this rezoning is to convert the existing building into an office. Text amendments to the RM Zone are also required to reduce the minimum lot area to 300m2; the minimum lot frontage to 10m and other building lot changes.
