Text Amendment - 35 White Rose Drive

An application has been submitted by Dougall’s Development Inc. for a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations
The City of St. John's is considering a text amendment to the St. John’s Development Regulations to add Pharmacy as Permitted Use in the following zones: Commercial Highway (CH), Commercial Regional (CR), Commercial Central Mixed (CCM), Commercial Central Office (CCO), Commercial Central Retail (CCR), Commercial Kenmount (CK); and as a Discretionary Use in the following zones: Commercial Office (CO), Commercial Neighbourhood (CN), Commercial Mixed Use (CM), Commercial Mixed Use – Pleasantville (CM – Pleasantville), Commercial Industrial (CI).
This amendment was prompted by an application to develop a Pharmacy at 35 White Rose Drive in the Commercial Regional (CR) Zone.
