On Thursday, June 19 the Deputy Mayor and Members of Council welcomed tourism leaders from the City to a special ceremony and awards presentation at City Hall. Six awards were presented.

The City of St. John’s has officially opened Southlands Community Centre, its newest indoor recreation facility.
Due to construction of the Paul Reynolds Community Centre, the parking lot at Wedgewood Park Recreation Centre will be closed from 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 17, until Friday, August 8.
