Title of Talk - Extreme self-care in very dark times.
Guests will be left with the understanding that ultimately self-care is an act of self-love. Extreme self-care is what is needed in extreme times.
Given what we have gone through with Covid-19, we can surely say that this dark time is the ultimate teacher of extreme self-care and ultimately self-love. You and only you can count on yourself. You are your own best friend. You create your future.
Seeing Covid-19 from this vantage point, allows us to embrace the current changes of the day and adapt to a new realm of possibilities for ourselves and our lives. It’s exciting, buckle up and let’s take a trip!
