An application has been submitted by the City to rezone land for six Single Detached Dwellings at 42-52 Diamond Marsh Drive.
The rezoning of property from the Open Space (O) Zone to the Residential Low Density (R1) Zone is required in order to consider Single Detached Dwellings at this location. Single Detached Dwellings are a Permitted Use within the R1 Zone. A Municipal Plan amendment is also required.
