A change of Non-Conforming Use application has been submitted for 45 New Cove Road requesting a change from the existing Office Use to a Dwelling unit. 

The proposed Dwelling unit will have a floor area of approximately 69.7 m2. There are currently 2 Dwelling units in the Building. Parking is provided on-site.
