A Discretionary Use application has been submitted requesting permission to convert the main floor (124 m2) from the previous Commercial occupancy to Residential Use at 6 Wood Street. The building will then be considered a one-unit Single Detached Dwelling.  Existing parking is provided for the proposed dwelling.
