Description

The proposed application is a change of Non-Conforming Use from retail and alteration of uniforms to a retail use for African grocery items. The retail will occupy a floor area of approximately 297m² and the hours of operation will be Monday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Parking is provided on-site and additional parking relief is requested.
