The City advises residents that one elevator at St. John's City Hall is currently out of service. This elevator serves as the primary control unit for the system, and as a result, the second elevator is experiencing intermittent issues.
Visitors who require elevator access are asked to check in with Security at the front desk upon arrival. Staff can assist you in using the elevator.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as repairs are underway.
