Street Rehab - November 10 to 15

7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Contractors may be working on the following streets from November 10 to 15 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation. Commuters may experience traffic delays in these areas:

Call for Expressions of Interest - St. John's Transportation Commission

The St. John’s Transportation Commission is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of St. John’s responsible for the operation of Metrobus.
The City is calling for Expressions of Interest for one public member to join the St. John’s Transportation Commission. This position will be a two-year term commencing January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2027.

Remembrance Day Holiday City Schedule - Tuesday, November 11, 2025

Due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11, all City offices and facilities will be closed.
Please note:
- Curbside waste collection will not occur on Tuesday, it will be collected on Wednesday, November 12, along with regular Wednesday collection. Waste collection time may be later than usual as waste from two areas will be collected.
- Robin Hood Bay Waste Management Facility will be closed to residential and commercial users on Tuesday.
