Commencing July 5, 2025
To facilitate the Quidi Vidi Slipway Replacement Project, the public is advised that drilling for the geotechnical investigation will commence on July 5th. The public are asked to use caution and adhere to any signage in place.
Pedestrian access will be maintained.

To help reduce confusion and streamline communication, the St. John’s Regional Fire Department (SJRFD) will no longer issue separate fire advisories. The City of St. John’s is hosting its annual Party in the Park on Wednesday, July 16, from 1 to 4 p.m. on the lawn by the Bowring Park Bungalow. Party in the Park is a free event for seniors which includes local entertainment along with light refreshments, giveaways and more.
