Motorists are advised there will be a temporary lane reduction in place for curb lane of Torbay Road in the vicinity of Pearson Street intersection. This lane reduction is necessary to facilitate work of the Crosstown Shared Use Path project. Alternate pedestrian routes will be provided. Signage will be in place and flag persons will be on site. The St. John’s Regional Fire Department wishes to advise all citizens of a consumer product recall from Vesta. Vesta Tankless Hot Water Heater has been recalled due to carbon monoxide poisoning hazard.
Consumers should stop using the recalled water heater immediately and contact VESTA.DS to have a certified technician install the free repair.
