Visitor Information Centre Closing for the Season

The City of St. John’s Visitor Information Centre at 348 Water Street will conclude regular operations for the season on Friday, October 10.

Vote on Election Day

Eligible voters can cast or drop off their ballots at a Voting Centre on election day (October 8) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you plan to register and/or vote in-person on Election Day, you must go to the centre in your ward and bring acceptable identification.

Contractors may be working on the following streets from October 6 to 11 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs.
