The City of St. John’s is reminding property owners that 2026 Property Assessment Notices were mailed in May. If you have not yet received your assessment notice, please contact the Assessment Division as soon as possible.

Lane Closures have been extended to 5:00 p.m. - Thursday, July 10
Motorists are advised that Prince Philip Drive will be reduced to one lane (east bound and west bound) at various times and the left turning lane from Prince Philip Drive (west bound) to University Avenue will be closed to facilitate asphalt paving operations.
