Application - Wetlands Map Amendment

The City is considering a map amendment to Appendix C, Map 4 "Wetlands and Waterways" of the Envision St. John's Development Regulations. This amendment is prompted by a recent study of the Southlands SL1 wetland that identified additional wetland area that meets the criteria for wetland protection. While the Southlands SL1 wetland is already shown as a protected wetland on Map 4 "Wetlands and Waterways", the proposed amendment is to update the map to reflect the new boundaries of the Southlands SL1 wetland.
