City Telephone Service Disruption – Wednesday, May 20, 2026

The City of St. John’s advises that telephone service for Access St. John’s, including 709-754-2489 (709-754-CITY) and 311, will be temporarily unavailable on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from approximately 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. due to scheduled system updates.

During this time, Access St. John’s services will remain available in person, by email at access@stjohns.ca, and online at StJohns.ca/Access.

The City apologizes for any inconvenience and appreciates the public’s patience as this important maintenance is completed.
