
Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 66, 2025, adopted on October 21, 2025, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Community Affairs.
In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 66, 2025, is to modify landscaping requirements and enable driveways for small Apartment Buildings with six or fewer Dwelling Units within a Residential Zone.
