Registration Notice: Development Regulations Amendment Number 21, 2023

Take notice that St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 21, 2023, adopted on April 25, 2023, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs. 

In general terms, the purpose of St. John’s Development Regulations Amendment Number 21, 2023, is to add Health and Wellness Centre as a permitted use in the Commercial Kenmount (CK), Commercial Mixed Use (CM), Commercial Office (CO) and Commercial Office Hotel (COH) Zones.
