Road Closures and Parking Restrictions Tely 10 Road Race

The Tely 10 Road Race will take place Sunday, June 22, 2025. The following closures and parking restrictions will be in effect:

Road Closures

8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Topsail Road Eastbound (closed from Burgeo Street to Cornwall Avenue)

8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Columbus Drive (closed from Topsail Road to Bay Bulls Road)

8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Cornwall Avenue, Hamilton Avenue, Lemarchant Road, Harvey Road, Military Road (both directions)

7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Military Road (closed from Garrison Hill to Cochrane Street)

5:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Circular Road (Rennie’s Mill Road to Empire Avenue)

10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bannerman Road (Military Road to Circular Road – Closed from 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 21 until Sunday, June 22)

Parking Restrictions

The following streets will be designated as No Parking – Tow Away from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Cornwall Avenue

Hamilton Avenue

Lemarchant Road

Harvey Road

Bannerman Road

Motorists are advised to find an alternate route.  Residents may be temporarily detained while race participants are passing.  A detour will be in place and flag persons and Race Marshalls will be present during the Race.
