Waste and recycling collection will proceed as planned today, however as announced yesterday, the schedule has been revised:
A reminder that there may be delays in waste pick up as snow clearing operations take place.
The Weather-Related Parking Ban outside the Designated Downtown Area and Business District remains in effect. On-street parking is prohibited 24-hours a day until the ban is lifted. Vehicles parked on the road during this time may be ticketed or towed.
An update will be issued to confirm when the parking ban will be lifted. Subscribe to receive updates to your email.
This parking ban is required for effective snow clearing and/or snow removal. Equipment operators can clear snow from roadways more effectively and efficiently when they do not need to maneuver around parked cars. This also reduces the need to return to clear areas where vehicles were parked.
