TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of the City of St. John's Municipal Taxation Act and with particular reference to sections 35 and 36 thereof, the City of St. John’s hereby offers for sale, by public auction for arrears of taxes, the following properties situate at St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador:

The above noted properties will be sold by public auction on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the Foran/Greene Room, 4th Floor, City Hall.
In addition to any other conditions of sale contained in the City of St. John's Municipal Taxation Act, the successful purchaser must deposit with the auctioneer at the time of the sale, cash, certified cheque, or bank draft for the Minimum Bid Amount on the property as shown above. The balance of the purchase price is to be paid within 30 days of the sale. HST will be charged where applicable.
