Lane Reductions/ Closures: Capital Subaru Uniformed Services Provincial Marathon

To facilitate the Capital Subaru Uniformed Services Provincial Marathon the following lane reductions/closures will be in effect on Sunday, September 18th.
- Southside Road Eastbound to Blackhead Road - 7 am–10:30 am
- Harbour Drive Eastbound - 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Temperance Street both directions:- 7 a.m. to noon
- Quidi Vidi Lake clockwise Lakeview Avenue to Carnell Drive: - 7:30 a.m. to noon
- Water Street westbound, Prescott Street to Waldegrave Street - 7:30 a.m. to noon

Watermain Lining Rehabilitation Churchill Square

Watermains on various streets in the Churchill Square area are scheduled for rehabilitation work in 2022 and 2023.
Work will begin in early September 2022 and finish up in November 2022 and then begin again in Spring 2023. It is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2023.
This project will involve cleaning and structural lining of the existing watermains. It will reduce maintenance issues, improve water service, and extend the life of the existing watermains in this area. Fer-Pal Construction Ltd....
Rennies River Trail Closed

Rennie's River Trail from Portugal Cove Road to King's Bridge Road remains closed due to flooding:
- Monday, Sept. 12 at 8 a.m. to Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 4 p.m.
Trail will reopen when it has been inspected for damage.
