Motorists are advised there will be a temporary lane reduction for Brookfield Road near Civic 217 and the Pearltown Road intersection. This lane reduction is necessary to facilitate work of the Brookfield Road Water Transmission Main Relocation project. Alternate pedestrian routes will be provided. Street Rehab – November 17 to 22
7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Contractors may be working on the following streets from November 17 to 22 under the City’s annual streets rehabilitation and infrastructure maintenance programs. Work could include concrete/street excavation, concrete work, paving, heater scarifying, utility adjustment, ditch cleaning and culvert installation. New accessible washrooms are coming to Kelly’s Brook Park!
To facilitate construction, the Shared-Use Path in Kelly’s Brook Park near Hoyles Avenue (including the trail connection to Hoyles Avenue) will be closed until Friday, November 21.
Periodic lane reductions on Hoyles Road will also be required to allow for the tie-in of services. The City will make every effort to minimize interruptions. The public is asked to follow all posted signage in and near the construction zone.
