A recreation e-card is a pre-paid, reloadable electronic cash card you can redeem for a variety of programs and services, including:

swimming lessons
swims and fitness classes
recreation programs for all ages
facility rentals

Purchase an e-card for yourself or someone else at the H.G.R. Mews Community Centre or Paul Reynolds Community Centre. There is no actual card; the amount goes in the customer's account and can be used for recreation programs and services.

How do I reload the card?

Reload your e-card over phone with a credit card or in-person at any centre using cash, debit or credit card.

How do I check the balance?

Visit the H.G.R. Mews or Paul Reynolds Community Centre. A front desk staff member will assist you. Your remaining balance is displayed on your emailed receipt once you register or pay for a program or service.

Does my e-card expire?

No, e-cards do not have an expiry date.

Can I redeem my e-card for cash?

No. E-cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. You can use it until the value is zero dollars.
