| Description | This form is to be completed by residents of St. John's seeking financial assistance to spay their female cat. Female cats must be 6 months of age of older to qualify for this program. The completed application form and the following information are required for consideration for this assistance program: - Current year income tax assessment for all family members living in the same household - GIS letter (if you are a senior) - Proof of St. John’s residency photo identification |
