You can apply for one visitor's permit per residential dwelling. The cost is $35.75 annually. It can only be used on the street for which it is issued.

If you have recently moved into an area and have not yet updated your license and registration, you can ask for a temporary permit. This permit is usually issued for a two-week period. Residents must return to Access St. John's with their changed documentation to get a Residential Parking Permit.

Any business operating in a Residential Parking Permit area without access to off-street parking can apply for one parking permit. The cost is $27.50 annually.
