The City of St. John's Act allows our organization to establish rules for how we operate and what we are able to enforce through ticketing and other means. To read these documents, select the appropriate database and search your topic of interest.
Enforcement
The City maintains by-laws to support the safety and well-being of our community and to encourage respectful relationships among residents, visitors, and businesses. Our staff investigate by-law concerns and enforce these standards.

Report a Violation
We review and prioritize all reports of violations to our by-laws. Those of a life safety nature get high priority and we act on them immediately. To report a violation, contact Access St. John's at 311 or 709-576-CITY (2489).
