City Hall Illuminations
City Hall has coloured lighting on the outside of the building that can be requested to support a special day, week, month or event. Requests must meet the standards outlined on the Proclamations and Protocol Requests page.
The request must come from an official organization, not an individual. The requesting organization must be based in the St. John’s area or have a local St. John’s area chapter or contact representing the organization.
