Tom Davis, elected to St. John’s City Council in 2024 for Ward 4, leverages over 30 years of business experience towards building a sustainable, healthy city. 

With a focus on fiscal sustainability, public transit, affordable housing, and safety, Tom aims to foster inclusive, smart growth for St. John’s. 

A Memorial University alumnus with a strong foundation in Business and Economics, he is deeply involved in community initiatives like child abuse prevention and promoting healthy living. 

Born and raised in St. John’s, Tom’s dedication to his city shines through in both his public service and personal life, where he enjoys time with his family and outdoor activities.
