| Description | This form is used to report and remit the 4% Accommodation Tax (Tourism Marketing Levy) collected on eligible room stays within the City of St. John’s. It applies to accommodations licensed under the Tourist Establishments Act and properties owned by Memorial University where a daily charge, fee, or other consideration is paid for lodging. It must be completed quarterly and include total room revenue and the amount of tax collected and remitted. |
