| Description | This study builds on the Quidi Vidi Village Development Plan of 2006. The 2015 report guides future development so that it fits well in terms of character and size of buildings or houses. The emphasis is on maintaining the village as a great place to live and work as well as an attractive place to visit. The overlay zone works with the land-use zones but provides more detail than zoning alone could provide. The Quidi Vidi Village Overlay Zone and Design Guidelines was adopted by Council on June 1, 2015. |
