Description	The City of St. John’s (the City) is committed to establishing a healthy workplace that is supportive of employee efforts to achieve and maintain a high standard of attendance. Where an employee’s level of absenteeism becomes above average, as defined by this policy, formal attendance management and support will be implemented. The employee will be provided an opportunity to improve attendance through increased awareness, coaching, and support.
