Planning/Development Application is the general application used by the Department of Planning, Engineering and Regulatory Services. This form should be completed, along with the appropriate corresponding development checklist, when applying for development applications such as, but not limited to: rezoning, discretionary use application, home occupation, home office, development, subdivision development, etc. Development approval must be obtained prior to the start of any of these activities. It is the owners’ responsibility for compliance of any conditions attached to an approval. |
