The City of St. John's is advising residents, businesses and partners that the Access Centre, located on the first floor of City Hall, 10 New Gower Street, will be closed tomorrow morning, Thursday, December 5, to facilitate staff training. The Access Centre will reopen at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 5, for regular business hours.
