Description
The proposed application is for Clinic Use that will have a floor area of approximately 232.25 m² and up to 8 clinic rooms. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The proposed lot will conform to the Industrial Commercial (IC) Zone requirements and parking will be provided. Layout and design will be subject to all City specifications.
