The City has received an application from Donovan Homes Ltd. to rezone land at 188 Airport Heights Drive from the Residential 1 (R1) Zone to the Residential 2 (R2) Zone. The proposed rezoning would enable the development of approximately 54 semi-detached dwellings and 27 townhouses, for a total of 81 new homes. The subject property is in the Residential District of the Envision St. John’s Municipal Plan, so a Municipal Plan amendment is not required.
