Description

The proposed application is for a change in the days and hours of operation for a Restaurant and Retail Use, which is an existing Non-Conforming Use at this location. The applicant is proposing revised hours of operation from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. The current approved hours of operation are Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The floor area will remain at approximately (70m²) and off-street parking is provided. The application site is zoned Residential 3 (R3).
