Description

The proposed application is to change the use from an Office Use to a Car Sales Lot. Vehicles will be serviced and detailed on-site and then stored in the rear yard until they are shipped out of province. No commercial garage repairs for the public will occur on-site. Hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. The floor area of the business will remain at approximately 72.8m². On-site parking is provided.
