The Discretionary Use application is for a Place of Amusement which will include golf simulators and indoor mini golf. The location will offer food (restaurant) service and have a retail shop. The floor area is 743m² and the hours of operation will be 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., seven (7) days a week. The location will employee up to 10 people, with approximately 3 people per shift.
