The City of St. John’s is seeking public feedback on its engagement platform, EngageStJohns.ca, and on public interest in participating in online public engagement activities.

A survey is now open to the public.

Results of the survey will be shared with the Organizational Performance and Strategy team to help inform decisions moving forward related to the use of EngageStJohns.ca. All responses are anonymous.

EngageStJohns.ca offers various opportunities for public engagement through online tools. The website, launched in 2015, also provides key information and updates to the public related to ongoing projects.

In the 2022 Resident Satisfaction Survey only 13% of residents said they had used EngageStJohns.ca and of these, 43% rated the site as 8 or more out of 10 on satisfaction.
