Motorists are advised there will be a detour in place on Bay Bulls Road from Old Bay Bulls Road to Walsh's Lane to facilitate construction works associated with the Goulds Servicing (Phase 2) Sanitary Trunk Sewer project.

Local access for vehicular (one lane only) and pedestrian traffic through the construction zone will be maintained. Signage will be in place and flag persons will be on site. Portable automated traffic signals will be used after hours on Bay Bulls Road. Slow-downs and delays will be experienced and motorists are encouraged to use an alternate route, if possible.
