Please be advised that the elevators at City Hall and the Annex, located at 10 New Gower Street, are currently out of service.

A technician will be assessing the City Hall elevator today; however, a timeline for repairs is not yet available. The Annex elevator remains out of service as we await necessary parts.

Accessing Services:

To access the Permit Counter:

• If arriving by vehicle please enter City Hall Parking Garage from the first level and proceed to the second floor of the parking garage, where accessible parking spaces are available. You do not require a City issued parking permit to park here, while a valid Provincial mobility (blue zone) permit must be clearly displayed. From there, proceed through City Hall and use the pedway —the Permit Counter is located on the other side.
• If you are arriving by another method of transportation, please visit the Access Centre on the first floor and staff will contact the Inspector on Duty to assist you.
