Fall 2026 Recreation Program Registration
Please be advised of the following registration dates for fall recreation programs.
Please note: All swimming lesson registrations will now be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a lesson is full, any available spaces will be released on RECconnect for direct registration. Openings may occur at any time; families are encouraged to check RECconnect regularly for new availability.

How to Register
- Online: StJohns.ca/RECconnect
- In person: H.G.R. Mews Community Centre or Paul Reynolds Community Centre.
- By phone three hours after registration start time: 709-576-8499 or 709-576-8631.
At least 72 hours before registration time, ensure your RECconnect account is activated and up to date. You can learn about program offerings under the activities tab.
We strongly recommend you add the courses you intend to register for in your ‘Wish List’ before registration day. When registration opens go to your wish list, add them to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
